A smaller part of the practice is home and personal. Data is handled carefully, disruption is kept small, and someone is accountable for the engagement.

Practice
How the work is done
Minimal disruption
Work that can wait until outside the working day is arranged that way when you want it. Work that must happen in the day is agreed first, with a named window.
Accountability
Scope, access and any target for response are written down. There is a person responsible for the engagement. There is not a queue with no owner.

Exeter is Devon’s county city and its main business centre. City-centre offices and out-of-town parks are different buildings. The standard of care is the same. Newton Abbot shares the Exeter enquiry line. Plymouth and Totnes have their own, because those conversations are separate.

Home and personal
Household work is the smaller part of the practice. It is held to the same standard: we do not rummage, we do not discuss one customer with another, and we do not dress a simple job up as a contract.

No. Scope, and any response target, are agreed in writing for that engagement. This site does not advertise a universal price or a universal promise.
